Dear Customer,

We understand that your ability to achieve your Coke Cup targets for November, may have been impacted by some of the recent service disruptions. As such, we’ve made a few adjustments to ensure fairness and engagement.

Whilst there has been service interruptions to some customers in November, to support fair outcomes, any outlets who are registered, will still be deemed to have achieved their November case target and will receive the full five General Bonus entries for the November period.

You will see this visible on your Coke Cup Dashboard.
